Why we do process your personal data

Saipex uses the data provided by the interested parties exclusively for the purpose of establishing and executing commercial and contractual relationships, as well as to fulfill legal or conventional obligations arising from such relationships, such as those provided for in the tax and accounting area.
Your data may also be used for the purpose of credit protection and better management of our rights related to the individual contractual relationship.
Subject to your express consent, our company may use personal data, also provided through special form or registration procedure on our website, to send periodic communications, having informative or advertising content.

What data we do process and on what legal basis

In our contractual dealings with our customers, we do not process in any way personal data referred to in Articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR.
Instead, we may process identifying data, such as first name, last name, company name, date of birth, residence or registered office, tax data such as tax code and VAT number, bank details, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.
Pursuant to current legislation, your personal data will be processed when necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken upon request. Processing may also occur when it is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on our company. Disclosure of personal data is optional on the part of the data subject.
However, without this data, the contractual relationship with our company may not be established or executed. We use reCaptcha, a service provided by Google Inc, to verify that entries in our contact form are made by a person and not a computer. Google verifies whether the operation is performed by a person or a computer based on the following data: IP address of the device used, website viewed that integrates Captcha, date and duration of the session, identification data of the browser and operating system used, Google account if the user is logged in, mouse movements along the reCaptcha interface, and operations that require image detection. Legal basis for the data processing described above is Article 6 c. 1 lett. f of the GDPR. On our part, there is a legitimate interest in such data processing in order to ensure the security of the site and protect it against automated entries (attacks).

In order to ensure the security of our website and the personal data that data subjects provide – automatically by browsing, or by filling out forms – we use the WordPress security plugin called SiteGround Security, developed by the company SiteGround Spain SL.
This service allows us to keep track of the IP addresses of users browsing our site, to ascertain and prevent attempts at cyber attacks or unauthorized modifications. What are your rights
