Why we do process your personal data
Saipex uses the data provided by the interested parties exclusively for the purpose of establishing and executing commercial and contractual relationships, as well as to fulfill legal or conventional obligations arising from such relationships, such as those provided for in the tax and accounting area.
Your data may also be used for the purpose of credit protection and better management of our rights related to the individual contractual relationship.

We use reCaptcha, a service provided by Google Inc, to verify that entries in our contact form are made by a person and not a computer. Google verifies whether the operation is performed by a person or a computer based on the following data: IP address of the device used, website viewed that integrates Captcha, date and duration of the session, identification data of the browser and operating system used, Google account if the user is logged in, mouse movements along the reCaptcha interface, and operations that require image detection. Legal basis for the data processing described above is Article 6 c. 1 lett. f of the GDPR. On our part, there is a legitimate interest in such data processing in order to ensure the security of the site and protect it against automated entries (attacks).
